I found the staff very cute and helpful. our room featured a large balcony and a comfortable, big bed. the location is fantastic. It is an easy walk to the beach.
the room floor felt slightly sticky. it seemed like it might be due to a polishing preparation that wasn't buffed correctly. it wasn't a major issue, though.

the reception staff assisted with dinner arrangements and offered information about local attractions. margo and henry were particularly cute. they ensured we knew the best places to visit nearby.

the room looked tired. i noticed chair seats were sagging and felt very uncomfortable. the spa bath wasn't clean at all. lots of rusty debris came out when i used it, disgusting.

the location was okay. it was within reasonable walking distance to shops and the beach
i didn't sleep well. thin walls allowed noise from the tv next door. the aircon also didn't work well. it would randomly get loud and sound like a plane taking off. i turned it off, but then the room got too hot, and the curtains didn't block out light from outside.

i appreciated the resort's message about the late arrival key pickup. i found it helpful that i could call a local number to get the key from the safe. check-in and check-out were straightforward too, which i am always grateful for.
I noticed the room floor felt sticky, maybe from a polishing preparation. also, one of the air conditioners wasn't working, a bit of a hassle. the staff offered a room change. Though the working unit was sufficient, it was still an inconvenience.

the kitchen has many dishes and cooking utensils. the veranda is spacious and the pool is lovely. the bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works well.
the drainage smell in both bathrooms was pretty bad. parking is really cramped. the apartment was really grubby and had definitely not been cleaned prior to our arrival.
